The Grand Prix d'Europe automobile organized jointly with the Automobile Club de France was contested in 1924 on the circuit of the West of Lyon and won by Giuseppe Campari (1st international victory for Alfa Roméo)

.The 1924 Grand Prix automobile de France is a Grand Prix held in Lyon on August 3, 1924.

The winner of this event also received the honorary title of winner of the 2nd European Grand Prix.
